Delivery Policy
We ensure that all purchases made online are delivered within 24 hours. After payment is cleared, you will receive an email with download instructions and an invoice. Please save this invoice for future reference.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders may be considered only in case of accidental purchases. However, the Company may, at its discretion, consider cancellations in other cases and may offer refunds in part or full.
Refund Policy
Products and services, once ordered, cannot be cancelled. However, the Company may accept returns under certain circumstances at its discretion, with a potential partial or full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the customer’s bank account.
